Returns + Exchanges

Returns

• Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the date received, with a copy of the receipt.

• Merchandise must be unworn and undamaged. Please test the fit on carpeted surfaces only.

• Please send an e-mail to returns@evelynford.luxury. We will reply with a return authorization, with detailed instructions.

• Merchandise must be returned with original packaging intact: box, dust bags, and inserts if purchased. Please retain the outer shipping box, if needed to return the shoes. Returns will not be refunded if not packed properly for shipment back to us.

• The shoes must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the date of the return authorization, or the return authorization will be voided.

• Upon the receipt of the returned package, your purchase will be refunded back to the original method of payment (except for taxes and duties on sales outside of the United States).

• Evelyn Ford Luxury will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. Please keep all tracking details for your records.
